In 2011, the funeral home was rebranded as Legacy Funeral Center to better serve the community. Up until the rebranding in late 2011, Legacy had only served 15 families for the year, but once rebranding took hold Legacy has seen an exponential increase in call volume. Legacy boasts two large funeral chapels, trademark fish tank, and updated lounge.

Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, located in Louisville's Portland Neighborhood, was purchased by Scott Family Services in 2017. This home was built originally as a ship boat captain's home in 1865 and renovated in 1892 by the Schoppenhorst Brothers to become a leading funeral home in Louisville, KY. This funeral home features two chapels with stained glass motifs and 14 foot ceilings in the classic architecture style of the late 1800's.

Sherrell Nunnelley started Nunnelley Funeral Home over 65 years ago on Taylor Boulevard where his family proudly served the families of Louisville's South End. After his passing in 2019, his son Lou, and longtime funeral director, Cindy, carried on the level of service families came to expect.
In September of 2020, the Scott Family, purchased Nunnelley Funeral Home from the Nunnelley family. The Scott Family is proud to be serving the Southern Louisville community as it has Southern Indiana since 1930.
