Legacy Funeral Center - Scott Chapel

Legacy Funeral Center, located in Jeffersonville, IN, was purpose-built in 1954 as a funeral home and served the Scott Family as their sole location until 2001. In 2011, the funeral home was rebranded as Legacy Funeral Center to better serve the community. Up until the rebranding in late 2011, Legacy had only served 15 families for the year, but once rebranding took hold Legacy has seen an exponential increase in call volume. Legacy boasts two large funeral chapels, trademark fish tank, and updated lounge.
Legacy Funeral Center - Schoppenhorst Chapel

Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, located in Louisville's Portland Neighborhood, was purchased by Scott Family Services in 2017. This home was built originally as a ship boat captain's home in 1865 and renovated in 1892 by the Schoppenhorst Brothers to become a leading funeral home in Louisville, KY. This funeral home features two chapels with stained glass motifs and 14 foot ceilings in the classic architecture style of the late 1800's.
Legacy Funeral Center - Nunnelley Chapel

Sherrell Nunnelley started Nunnelley Funeral Home over 65 years ago on Taylor Boulevard where his family proudly served the families of Louisville's South End. After his passing in 2019, his son Lou, and longtime funeral director, Cindy, carried on the level of service families came to expect.
In September of 2020, the Scott Family, purchased Nunnelley Funeral Home from the Nunnelley family. The Scott Family is proud to be serving the Southern Louisville community as it has Southern Indiana since 1930.
Love Funeral Home

A staple of the community of Palmyra, Indiana for 65 years, Love Funeral Home has a tradition of heritage and excellence. As close friends with the Love family, we are honored to continue their legacy. Scott Family Services acquired the home in 2020. It is our promise to continue the dedication of exceeding expectations that the families of Palmyra and the surrounding towns have come to know. Carriage funerals are still offered as an alternative to a traditional hearse.

Magnolia Cremations

Magnolia was founded out of a call for direct cremation options during the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic. The pandemic made not only life, but death an ordeal. Families that did not want to have services or couldn't travel for them, began looking for alternatives to the traditional funeral home platform. Many families look to Magnolia for the least expensive cremation option without the fuss of services. This option is wonderful for military families, families in multiple locations, those who wish to hold their own memorial and social workers or medical providers who care for a decedent who does not have a family or support network.

Swarens Funeral Home was founded in 1905 in Ramsey, IN, and has served the Harrison County and surrounding Southern Indiana counties since. Norman Swarens was the funeral home owner and funeral director before deciding to reture in late 2022.
